Mindfulness Retreat Package Sessions

Throughout the retreats, I will provide sessions in sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls, guide yoga exercises, conduct crystal healing sessions, incorporate aromatherapy, lead relaxing meditations, perform chakra cleansing and balancing, and host herbal tea sessions.
